BIR-Compliant Accounting, Without the Headache.
The easiest way for Filipino businesses to track sales, manage expenses, and stay 100% compliant with BIR requirements. No accounting degree required.
Compliant books, without the accounting course
Three steps from a shoebox of receipts to records the BIR can read.

Hand over the books
Sales Book, Purchase Book and 2550Q figures, ready for your bookkeeper or the BIR portal.
Already keeping books elsewhere? Import them from CSV instead of starting over.
Built for BIR season, not for a textbook
The parts of accounting the BIR actually asks about, and none of the parts that make you quit.

Simple Mode
Hide the ledgers. Just log your sales and expenses and let the double-entry happen behind the screen.
Immutable Audit Trail
Every transaction is permanently logged with who changed what and when. BIR auditors love this; nobody can quietly rewrite history.
Sequential Invoices
Invoice numbers are issued by the database, in order, with no gaps. Cancellations are recorded, not renumbered.
VAT, Percentage or Exempt
12% VAT, 3% percentage tax or exempt. The split is calculated for you and shown as VAT-inclusive on the printout.
Peso-first Books
A Philippine chart of accounts, branches per BIR registration, and every report in pesos from the first entry.
It's quarter-end, and the BIR wants the Sales Book
Sales in a notebook, official receipts in a shoebox, VAT worked out from memory. Nothing is wrong until the figures have to be rebuilt — and nobody can prove they are right.
The shoebox method
Not the same as a book of accounts
Sales written in a notebook, receipts in a plastic bag, VAT reconstructed in December. Nothing is wrong until the BIR asks for the Sales Book and the numbers cannot be rebuilt.
Statements arrive late
Statements arrive weeks late, and the GCash screenshots never got filed. Reconciliation is always behind.

Missing records
Gaps in vendor data, lost invoices, and unknown line items make reporting unreliable.
Every book the BIR asks for, in one place
SUSIBooks records the sale, splits the VAT, numbers the invoice and keeps the Sales Book. When the quarter ends you export the report instead of rebuilding it from a bag of receipts.
Numbers are issued in order from the database. A cancelled invoice keeps its place in the register instead of leaving a gap.
Both books export to CSV for the BIR or your bookkeeper, with voided rows shown by status and kept out of the totals.
Every edit and cancellation is written to an append-only audit trail with the user, the reason and the timestamp.
One screen, the numbers that matter
