Common questions
Can I switch plans?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrades are prorated, downgrades take effect at the end of your billing period.
What if I exceed limits?
We won't cut you off. You'll get a notification and a grace period to upgrade or reduce usage.
Annual billing?
Yes. Pay for 10 months, get 12. Switch to annual in your billing settings at any time.
Is my data still mine if I stop paying?
Yes. Every report exports to CSV and cancelling never deletes your records — export them first, or ask us for a copy.
Can I add storage separately?
Yes. Storage add-ons are independent. You can use the Free team plan with any storage tier.
How does seat pricing work?
Every member counts as a seat. Pro is $12/seat/month or $10/seat/month billed annually.
